A.  The Hirer must complete this Booking Agreement and pay a non-returnable deposit of £25.

B.  The completion of the payment must be made in cash on the day or by bank transfer three days before the event.

C.  A damage deposit of £25 will be required in cash on the day of the event.  The hirer is responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement of damaged equipment.  In most cases the deposit is returned at the end of the hire period.

D.  Water soluble face paints that do not harm the Soft Play equipment may be used.

E.  Soft Play Party Packages will make every effort to ensure the delivery of the equipment, however in the event of adverse weather conditions or mechanical breakdown to its delivery vehicle this may not always be possible.  In this event we will refund all your payments, and offer a similar package free of charge on another occasion.

F.  On occasion we might have to make a substitute in the equipment offered.

G.  There is a minimum hire charge of £60.00.

H.  Soft Play Party Packages cannot accept liability for injuries sustained or any other loss, howsoever caused, in the absence of our representative.

BOOKING AGREEMENT

It is the responsibility of the person who is hiring this Soft Play equipment to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the equipment. Please ensure that the following Safety Instructions are followed:

1.  Children's Soft Play equipments have an age limit of 4 years of age, unless otherwise stated. Please ensure nobody over this age uses the equipment.

2.  The Hirer must appoint at least one responsible person to supervise the use of the Soft Play equipment. The responsible person must be over the age of 18 years, and not partaking in alcohol or drugs.

3.  No food, drinks or chewing gum to be allowed on or near the Soft Play equipment which will avoid potential choking and mess (Please note that if the equipment is collected in a dirty condition then the person hiring it will incur a cleaning charge).

4.  All shoes, jewellery, badges, and any other sharp or glass objects must be removed before using the Soft Play equipment. Anybody walking on the mats should remove their shoes.

5.  No party poppers, balloons, coloured streamers or silly string to be used either on or near the Soft Play equipment.

6.  No smoking near the Soft Play equipment.

7.  A responsible Adult must supervise the Soft Play equipment at all times.

8.  Always ensure that the Soft Play equipment is not overcrowded, and limit numbers according to the age and size of children using it. Try to avoid large and small children from using it at the same time.

9.  Ensure that children are not engaging in pushing, colliding, fighting or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others.

10.  Ensure that nobody with a history of back or neck problems is allowed on the Soft Play equipment, or indeed any child who is feeling unwell.

11.  No pets, toys or sharp instruments to be allowed on or near the Soft Play equipment.

12.  Please ensure that children are appropriately clothed.

13.  The Soft Play equipment or mats should not be used if they become wet and slippery.

14.  No water is to be empted into ball pond or applied to slides.

DISCLAIMER

Please note that all persons using this Soft Play equipment do so at their own risk. The person(s) or organisation hiring the equipment will be responsible/liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use. These guidelines are for the safety of all people using this equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are fully adhered to at all times.

I have read the above agreement and fully understand and accept the conditions as above. I am aware that whilst in my care I am fully responsible for the equipment and will pay for any loss or damage that may occur, this will include the equipment being returned in an unacceptable condition e.g. if it is in a dirty or muddy condition, please expect to pay an additional cleaning charge.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Provided that the equipment is used in accordance with the above guidelines and conditions of hire, those using the equipment should do so safely. However, accidents can happen and we recommend that the hirer has adequate public liability insurance covering his or her liability arising from the use of the equipment.  It is possible that this may be included in a standard Household insurance policy, and it is first worth checking this with your Insurer.
